A well-known name in the field of interior designing. An alumnus of JJ School of Architecture, Dr. Trupti shailesh Puranik is amongst the leading architects & interior designers in India.
The journey of Trupti Puranik unfolds as a social philanthropist dedicated to the cause of uplifting women, children and especially those in the underprivileged sections of the society. Engaging her efforts to promote education, provide livelihood in terms of enhancing entrepreneurial mindset, humanitarian aid for essentials of human living – particularly food and medicine, she has touched several social spheres through her contribution to several NGOs, over a decade now. Her work amongst the tribal especially in Thane district of Maharashtra invites a special attention of her unparalleled dedication and commitment for the cause of a better living for the tribal women and children.
Mrs. Pramodini Arvind Medhekar
Mrs. Pramodini and Mr. Arvind Medekar, through their lifelong partnership, have showcased their faithfulness towards the cause of the disadvantaged and the needy whether women, deaf and dumb children, young students, and senior citizens. Making the life of others meaningful has been their life motto which they engaged relentlessly by selflessly serving the cause of humanity and helping people thrive with confidence through independent living.

Mrs. Smita Vinayak Sahane is the CEO of a well-known interior designing firm. She has been working for children’s education for several years. She adopted girls & took responsibility for their education. She helps kids financially by conducting workshops and awareness programs.
Dr. Chandrashekhar Narayan Mohite
Dr. Chandrashekhar Narayan Mohite is a distinguished Member of the National Road Safety Council, Bharat Sarkar, and a recipient of the National Road Safety Award 2021. With expertise in road safety and traffic management, he dedicates his work to reducing accidents and improving road safety measures across India.

Why We Started: A Spark That Ignited Change
Mumbai’s vibrant facade conceals pockets of hardship. It was here, amidst the bustling streets, that Parivartan’s story began. A young person, brimming with potential, was forced to prioritize survival over education. This stark reality ignited a spark in our founders, individuals driven by a deep belief in equality. They saw education, healthcare, and basic opportunities as fundamental rights, not privileges.
Fueled by this conviction, the founders embarked on a mission. Starting small, they offered free education under the open sky. Slowly, the spark grew, attracting more eager minds. This humble beginning, a testament to a single spark’s power, became the seed of Parivartan.
